still active December 2023?!

there's a lot of coverage about how the site was going to close back in April 2023. I'm having trouble finding how soon they meant, but the coverage implied: pretty soon, maybe 2 weeks, maybe 2 months.

yet the site still seems to be operating today. anyone know what the deal is? if the organization hasn't been closed, maybe we can find out why? skak E L 10:04, 14 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

UPDATE: see my recent edit. site is still active, but new content is only celeb gossip now. no more journalism. skak E L 11:21, 14 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I feel like we should change "discontinued" in the infobox (though I'm not sure to what), and add clarity about the shift in content. Current state of the article is kind of confusing. Thesixthstaff (talk) 19:00, 20 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
