Spelling: 'Butchers' vs 'Butcher'

The spelling 'Butchers' has been used because this is what appears on the 'Reserve List' published by the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources, the conservation park's management plan and other sources considered to be reliable. However, it is noted here that the spelling 'Butcher' is used by Geoscience Australia, i.e. http://www.ga.gov.au/place-name/PlaceDetails.jsp?fctext=RESV&submit1=SA0011318.
