Breed of Tige

This article is about a comic strip from 1902. As such, the 'dog character' doesn't have a breed; it's not real. There has been no evidence presented to indicate that the 'dog character' was intended to represent any breed in particular. I've checked several of these 14 articles from 1904-1908 and none mention a breed for Tige, not even a guess. The wiki article mentions some movies were made about the Buster Brown character from 1925 to 1929 which used a dog-actor that has been represented as an APBT. The wiki article mentions that the comic strip continued up until 1959, therefore the time period during which any one dog-actor depicted Tige was only 5 years out of 58 years; hardly a majority of the time, and hardly a corroboration that Tige-the-comic-strip-character was an APBT. As such, I have removed the mention that Tige was an American Pit Bull Terrier. Normal Op (talk) 22:02, 14 August 2020 (UTC)

Archiving for this Talk page

The archive structure of this Talk page is inconsistent with current practices. I archived one discussion and it went to Talk:Buster Brown/Archive 1 instead of the older styles of Talk:Buster Brown/Archives/2012 through Talk:Buster Brown/Archives/2016. I'm not sure how to fix it; just documenting it here instead. Normal Op (talk) 19:44, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
