Ah, from some maps on https://www.northdakota911.com/nd-addressing it seems it is "T"!

Indeed A...F....M....T....Z, they use all 26 24 letters! But they need four diagrams, unlike if the put the origin in the corner, like South Dakota, instead of NW NE SW SE. Jidanni (talk) 02:59, 20 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
