History section phrasing
[edit]The article says: " The first sections near Werder, Schwanebeck and Spreeau were built from 1936 until the outbreak of World War II in 1939 as part of the Reichsautobahn program. Construction works were not resumed until 1972, when the East German authorities had the orbital completed until 1979, then also to bypass West Berlin on the way from the capital East Berlin to Potsdam and the motorways leading to Magdeburg and Leipzig. "
I cannot understand what it is trying to say - it reads as though it is an automated translation from German. A guess at what is intended is: " The first sections near Werder, Schwanebeck and Spreeau were built between 1936 and the outbreak of World War II in 1939 as part of the Reichsautobahn program. The East German authorities had construction resumed in 1972, with completion in 1979. No idea about this last bit Then also to bypass West Berlin on the way from the capital East Berlin to Potsdam and the motorways leading to Magdeburg and Leipzig. "
Any ideas anyone -- SGBailey (talk) 14:07, 29 October 2014 (UTC)

[edit]What's the point of that paragraph in the middle? a leftover from a "longest ringroad" article? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 219.77.29.154 (talk) 15:45, 12 March 2018 (UTC)
