I know he's based on Chespirito's character, but I've never heard him named that in the show, could someone please provide a valid source for this? thanks.

In several DVD commentaries, the shows producers say that whenever they watched Telemundo, this character was always "on"
The cable channel in the U.S. that always shows "El Chapulin Colorado" re-runs is called Galavision. The show has never aired on Telemundo. MiztuhX01:47, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
