Elton John and Bernie Taupin Say Goodbye Norma Jean and Other Things

[edit]

Does anyone know of a reliable source for the details on the documentary Elton John and Bernie Taupin Say Goodbye Norma Jean and Other Things? A cursory Google found nothing suitable. Espresso Addict (talk) 00:20, 10 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

From what I have seen of it, the documentary does not cover "their rise to stardom", as the Hollywood Reporter obituary of Forbes claims, so I have edited accordingly. It is still unclear which ITV contractor commissioned it. Varying strings to get around different renderings of the title, and adding the four most likely companies (4 December 1973 was a Tuesday), fails to bring up the necessary piece of information.
