my name is brunskill and have always been curious about its origins and meaning therefore i am grateful for this article but... this article states that the surname is of english origin but I have seen similar forms in other languages. in German I have come across - Brunschwiller or something similar and there is a famous Renaissance architect - Brunellschi Gizik (talk) 22:53, 27 October 2009 (UTC)
