Thanks, Paul W, for doing some 'tidying up' on this page. Funny how when you are writing something, you don't see the obvious! (although Wikipedia does seem to have an awful lot of rules!) I was surprised at how little there was on Wikipedia about this house, as it's quite important in Scotland - I think the reason is that until a couple of years ago the Earl of Elgin kept it very private, but now it's available for 'corporate hospitality' (see Brochure link). Sadly, I couldn't put in a good photo of the house. There are lots around, including in the Country Life article, but none ex-copyright that I could find.
