Easternmost point in West Germany?

I came to this article to correct a typo with respect to its location in Bavaria, and I was beginning to wonder if I could add a fact somewhere that Breitenberg was the easternmost point before reunification in 1990.
However, this is a little bit of a more disputable addition, which is why I want to see if I could gain some consensus to see if it is suitable to add this fact to the article. Hx7 01:32, 6 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
