"Hilt"
[edit]I removed "hilt" as an Irish name for the end of a loaf as it was admitted as a hoax addition by someone on Reddit. — Scott • talk 20:53, 14 July 2013 (UTC)

Hum, what about adding a short mention to the Nordic Breads?
[edit]There's an article about nordic bread culture on wikipedia that's quite frankly better then this article in a lot of ways. I'm thinking that perhaps it would be worth doing to add a small section about nordic breads and then linking to that article for further reading since the article in its current form seems to ignore that bread actually is eaten in other countries then Germany and the UK... The article in question is found at (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Nordic_bread_culture)
