[edit]"Congress" article is an unsourced article whose only apparent function is to give the past and upcoming dates of be-annual conferences of this group. There's no reason for the two articles to be separate, and Congress should be merged here. Upsala (talk) 22:42, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
