Section about Ibama getting weaker?
[edit]In a recent article (from yesterday) in the Guardian https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/aug/16/norway-halts-amazon-fund-donation-dispute-brazil-deforestation-jair-bolsonaro they said "The forest protection agency, Ibama, has reportedly had to halt operations in Novo Progresso because it no longer has the full backing of the police and national guard."
This page seems pretty empty for an agency with such an important job, so I think it would make for a neat addiction, I'll try to add it, and it may not look pretty so I hope someone will correct it. --176.32.27.45 (talk) 23:23, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
