Athlete career?

Is this the same person as this athlete: [1]? That's an athlete named Brandon Clagette, competing in Georgia, who was 14 years old in 2016, which gives a birth year of 2002. That would be lots of coincidences for a mere namesake. But if this is the same person, his track and field achievements may be worth mentioning in the article.
