Title: Jain temple or Brahma Jinalaya?

[edit]

@Pratyk321: You moved and redirected the Brahma Jinalaya article to the current title... Jain temple, Lakkundi. There are several Jaina temples in Lakkundi, some in ruins. I have checked some recent sources such as page 262 of Albery et al published earlier this year by Taylor and Francis (ISBN 978-0-367-13396-2). They discuss this temple and map it along with other Jain and Hindu temples. For this temple, they use the name Brahma Jinalaya. Given these facts, such sources, and our guidelines, what should be the correct title of this article? I wonder if the current title misleads readers into believing that there is only one Jain temple in Lakkundi, in contrast to the numerous Hindu temples in Lakkundi? @Nizil Shah: your thoughts? @Ms Sarah Welch: I remember only creating a redirect also revision history doesn't have revision with "moved page" comment. I could be wrong about this since it has been almost 5 years. I agree with on renaming the article to Brahma Jinalaya. Thanks Pratyk321 (talk) 10:22, 30 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Ms Sarah Welch:, as per reference there are also more Jain temples with such importance nearby. So better it is renamed back to Brahma Jinalaya to distinguish from others. Regards,-Nizil (talk) 07:16, 1 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
