I rewrote the paragraph mentioning the NED's grants to China Free Press, improving clarity in some areas. I replaced the previous source on grant totals with a link to the NED’s website, where its grant statistics are publicly available. While the NED Wiki article mentions criticism regarding the Color Revolutions in a Guardian article, as the article in question does not mention the NED by name, I removed the reference to CRs while retaining a more generic critique.
