Boronia hippopala or Boronia hippopalus?
[edit]In his Muelleria paper, Duretto explained that the "epithet is derived from the Latin, hippo (horse) and palus (marsh). However, hippo is the Greek word for "horse" and palus is a Latin noun. There is no feminine form of palus to give hippopala, hence it is an orthographical variant that is to be corrected according to the Code. The issue was discussed here.
