Character pics

[edit]

Somebody needs to fix those - currently the infobox has them pushed well below the rest of the article. Doceirias 21:20, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It will need to wait until the article is beefed up a bit. I can do some of that tomorrow. Hellspawn 21:24, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Kanji

[edit]

Does anyone know where to get the kanji for these character names? I've tried using the japanese wikipedia, but unfortunately my translators aren't doing any good for me. Hellspawn 20:27, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

For which character names? Boogiepop Dual characters on the JwikipediaDoceirias 20:32, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, but giving me a bunch of kanji without being able to relate that to a character is useless to me. I need to know which kanji belong to which character. Hellspawn 20:54, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You can't read kana either? Cause they have the reading in brackets. 加納 Kanō, 古賀雪絵 Koga Yukie, 本上 Honjō, 北村由佳 Kitamura Yuka. Names in Japanese order, but we've got to reverse those, right? Doceirias 21:33, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortuanetly, I can't read japanese. Or speak it either. Like I say I did try a direct translation using a translation engine, but all I got was a load of gibberish. Hellspawn 08:34, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've just spent some time mastering Wikipedia's kana and kanji tables. I think I have a good grasp of it now. Hellspawn 13:02, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Boogiepop Dual Volume 1 Cover.jpg

[edit]

Image:Boogiepop Dual Volume 1 Cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Genre discussion

[edit]

Actually, since they're all the same, we should probably have this on Boogiepop series. Doceirias (talk) 19:34, 4 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
