MOS:CONTEXTBIO says don't put ethnicity or country of birth in lead. American immigrant, all notable work in US. Korean is an ethnicity as there is no modern nation or country called "Korea". Life in South Korea is covered in body of article. Geraldo Perez (talk) 07:06, 23 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If you are not competent to read "Korean" in this context as shorthand for South Korean nationality, as it was intended, and insist on using your faulty reading to falsify WP:BLPs by incorrectly describing the subjects' nationality rather than what you should have done, simply expanding the shorthand, then you should not be editing topics related to biographic nationality. —David Eppstein (talk) 07:17, 23 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
