Comic Con Statement

[edit]

@user:Nikkimaria, how should I cite Konietzko's statement at the San Diego Comic-Con then? See https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Bolin_%28The_Legend_of_Korra%29&diff=643539764&oldid=643219729 . This is the only transcript - I could have simply linked to a Youtube video of the event as well (which are effectively placed within that transcript), but I don't know what the best option would be here. You can't just remove the source and keep the content there either way, so this definitely wasn't the best course of action. ~Mable (chat) 18:15, 21 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your source is the statement at Comic-Con, so you should cite that directly; Wikia is simply republishing it. Nikkimaria (talk) 18:30, 21 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Which brings me back to my question: How do I cite his statement at Comic-Con directly? ~Mable (chat) 07:48, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
{{cite speech |last=Konietzko |first=Bryan |date=date |event=Comic-Con |location=San Diego }} . Nikkimaria (talk) 16:25, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, no link at all, that works, I guess. I'll put it in. ~Mable (chat) 18:48, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
