Bobby Sox isn't a single

[edit]

Bobby Sox might not be a single, but I feel like it still truly deserves an article because it's a song I cherish. * Whatcha gotta say? :) ThaFDA (talk) 03:45, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@ThaFDA: Hi, thanks for creating this article! I would like to emphasize though for the umpteenth time: this song is a single. WP:SINGLE? says that a song is considered a single if an authoritative source like Billboard calls it one, and there is indeed a Billboard article which does precisely this: https://www.billboard.com/music/music-news/green-day-saviors-voted-best-new-music-1235585956/ . Nonetheless, I'll definitely get around to expanding this article in the near future, assuming you don't have any plans of doing so yourself. Leafy46 (talk) 16:25, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, thanks for telling me! I thought that it was only just a music video released at the same time as the album. again, thanks for the info. Whatcha gotta say? :) -ThaFDA (talk) 16:34, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@ThaFDA: Out of question, where did you get the cover art from? Despite my best efforts, I can't seem to find a single with that specific cover on Spotify. Leafy46 (talk) 15:20, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I found it on Google images and it said the image was from spotify, so I don't know. Whatcha gotta say? :) -ThaFDA (talk) 18:50, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@ThaFDA: I'm going to remove it for the time being. I made a similar mistake when writing "The American Dream is Killing Me" where I assumed an image I found on the Official Charts Company website was legitimate, so until proven otherwise I'm going to assume it's fanmade. (Also, remember to use the replyto template, because I don't get pinged when you leave a comment if you don't!) Leafy46 (talk) 19:32, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
