And that was still true up until just a few minutes ago, when I added in several new sections with reliable sources to verify most of what was there at the time and a few projects receiving publicity since. This is, however, a comprehensive rewrite. It's worth adding here that Boaz Frankel is an old friend, and he's aware that I was working on this, although this was done entirely of my own interest and volition.
