Inaccuracy
[edit]Actually, the Walking Tall sequels (especially the first one, Part 2: Walking Tall) outgrossed the first feature.
The comment that Svenson was the heavyweight judo champion in 1961 is incorrect. He was a USMC radio repairman in the Headquarters & Service Battalion at Naval Air Station, Iwakuni, Japan in 1961 and only took judo lessons at the base gym. His special family status must have been the reason that he was provided a G-suit and flight helmet and was occasionally taken on flights by the F-4 pilots. He never mentioned his family connections to the other enlisted Marines in his Quonset hut. I was one of them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.203.116.102 (talk) 22:45, 21 October 2013 (UTC)
