The article citated (3 - Hibbett, D.S., et al. (March 2007). "A higher level phylogenetic classification of the Fungi") says: "The classification accepts one kingdom, one subkingdom, seven phyla...". This is in contrary to this wikipedia article in which it is said: "Blastocladiomycota is one of eight currently recognized phyla within the kingdom Fungi". See also http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Glomeromycota - in that article it is written that there are seven phyla. Yes, the article cited only contains 7 phyla, but there are currently 8 recognized fungal phyla. TelosCricket (talk) 18:56, 2 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
