It might be worth noting that the album was certified Platinum on June 22, 2012. This was more than four years after the album was released.
This is quite a later date than most of her other releases. It was much later than all of her previous releases. Her first four albums all went platinum within a year. Additionally, her immediate follow-up (2008's Circus) took only two months to achieve platinum certification, and her next studio album after that (2011's Femme Fatale) took only a month.
