Why I think this should be a separate article

[edit]

I created this article because the subject is very tightly related. While the actual myths about Black Shuck, Barghest, and the general idea of a black dog are all distinct enough the merit a separate article, the cultural references surrounding this topic seem to be rather confused between the three. As such, I think a central place for this material is prudent. Mintrick (talk) 01:02, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A better case may be made for merging all the articles. Myths and tales often vary in their subjects' attributes. Folklore is olden-day verbal pop culture anyway. I am sure I will not see you vote keep at an (inevitable) AfD nomination - I agree you may not be the one to nominate it though (there are plenty of others who will). This is a complete waste of time. Casliber (talk · contribs) 04:25, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
