Black band screen?

I believe the entry for Video game content rating system is misplaced at best. To my understanding, the Motion Picture Association uses the terms Green band, Yellow band, and Red band for the cards seen before movie trailers. However, I have never seen or heard the term used referring to ESRB ratings, or any other video game rating, seen before video game trailers and the such.
