A fact from Black Carts Turret appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 27 November 2010 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that although the Black Carts Turret Roman fortification is connected to Hadrian's Wall, it was probably built before the wall itself?
I've now copied all pertinent facts from here to the 'Turret 29a' section of the Milecastle 29 wiki. My proposal is that the content of this wiki is replaced with a redirect to that section. This brings the Turret in line with all other Turrets on the Hadrian's Wall Wikis. If no one objects by the end of February, I'll do it. Sammy_r (talk) 15:23, 23 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
