I am not sure if this bird was really described by William Henry Phelps Jr. If you read here it is written: Zimmer formed a close working relationship with William H. Phelps, Sr. of Caracas, and twice visited that city to study the peerless Phelps Collection of Venezuelan birds. Many publications resulted from the collaboration of these two ornithologists. The orgiginal articel here indicates born 1875 which is W.H. Phelps Senior. The article himself here is not stating Junior.--78.140.88.114 (talk) 08:47, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
