Where does "Bishpam" come from?
- I can only find it referred to as "Bishpam" on wikipedia or pages that use wikipedia's material. I think it's a mis-spelling: I grew up close to Bispham Green and never heard it referred to as "Bishpam". JustIgnoreMe 23:41, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

- The Ordnance Survey map shows the village as "Bispham Green" and the parish as "Bispham", so I've updated the article to reflect this. -- Dr Greg talk 23:55, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
