Game boy game?
[edit]I don't see why the Game Boy Bionic Commando (NOT Elite Forces) doesn't have its own article. One must not make it very far into the game to see that it's a whole different game featuring some similar levels in the beginning, and not just a direct port with military overtones replaced with Sci-Fi elements.
It does feel very different after the initial levels are completed... --Dez26 19:52, 2 July 2008 (UTC)
- Agreed. It needs its own article. It is a completely diferent game. Bionic Commando Rearmed is (almost) the same of the NES game and has its own article. GB Bionic Commando only shares the title with the NES game. The new Bionic Commando also shares the name and have its own article.201.58.133.120 (talk) 07:08, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
Intro to Last Boss
[edit]Best intro to a last boss ever; when naked Hitler jumps out of a capsule and tells you to face the horror of his albatross. LOL 67.5.158.239 04:10, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
Name priority
[edit]TOP SECRET: Hitler's Revival is the original name. Therefore, shouldn't it have priority?
- Over the English name? Since when? Besides, nowhere is the game called that. --Bakuryuu 16:40, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
Series box
[edit]The box of the series at the bottom of the article should be fixed. The link to the NES version of Bionic Commando points to the disambiguation page when it should point to this article. Also, some of the links should be italicized. I also think the articles about the series should be expanded to include an article about the overall series and probably articles about the two main characters (Rad Spencer and Super Joe), but that's a whole other issue. - I fixed the linking. --Mika1h (talk) 18:43, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

Article's title
[edit]I prefer "Bionic Commando (NES)" over "Bionic Commando (1988 video game)", considering the arcade version came a year prior, which is a bit too close to the NES version. I understand the "title (year video game)" format is more formal-looking, but the game was primarily released for the NES (with a loose Game Boy remake that has a sub-section in the article) and there's already a sequel with the same title. Jonny2x4 (talk) 06:58, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
- And that's a different game. Do people know what NES means? Not everyone, so it's certainly not self-explanatory, but 1988 video game is. - A Link to the Past (talk) 16:37, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
- In all honesty Link I do prefer this title myself. If I'm going to look for the game I'm usually going to do it by console, not year. :\--Kung Fu Man (talk) 18:14, 9 July 2008 (UTC)

Marketing agency at work once again?
[edit]There is something fundamentally wrong with Wikipedia, when the article for the NES game is longer than the one of the original arcade game. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.253.186.82 (talk) 16:27, 31 July 2024 (UTC)
