recovery?
How is there are section on the recovery of the city when there has not been a recovery? A few restaurants opening downtown, and student housing moving from one area of the city to others, resulting in less money staying in the community is not a recovery. Meanwhile, the number of jobs available continued to DECLINE, even while the city and state see increases. Sure..unemployment has decreased slightly...but when unemployment drops at he same time the total number of jobs decrease, that only means that people are fleeing the area. Any way you look at it, that is not recovery. You can't recovery an economy by opening up restaurants (most of whch never make a profit) that serve locals. All that does its move the money around the community. Doesn't bring any money in. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2604:6000:D500:3D00:CD38:DF3B:A3FE:CDBD (talk) 13:10, 28 November 2015 (UTC)
