I think that this article should be merged to Slaughterhouse-Five. There is little to no real-world coverage of Billy Pilgrim, and his character description is just plot summary. Notability is not inherited, and just because a character plays an important role in a story does not mean they deserve their own article. Take the Castlevania franchise for instance. The Belmont family as a whole is important to the overall mythos of that notable video game series, but none of the clan's individual members have their own articles on Wikipedia.
