This article was created by me because Bill Mayer is the 2021 recipient of the Hamilton King Award. I do the same for all recipients of this award, such as my major edits to Alan E. Cober who has been deceased for over 20 years, as well as my robust update for John Jude Palencar, as well as a substantial edit to Guy Billout. If someone would be willing to help me get the COI conflict cleaned up here I'd be very grateful. Mayer does have a tangential relationship to me in that he uses the services I provide at both illoz.com and Drawger.com.Rezimmerman (talk) 21:33, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
This article uses several references to Mayer's Hartford Stage posters, several of which have won awards. The citations used for those works all refer back to Drawger.com, which Mayer publishes news articles at. I am the owner and sole developer for Drawger.com. For these Hartford stage posters, I was unable to find any other way to provide references, other than at Mayer's page at Drawger.com and I sure did look for a long time. I prefer not to cite either Drawger.com or Illoz.com if I can find a reasonable alternative. If anyone else can find references to his long relationship with the Hartford Stage, replacing the Drawger.com citations would be much appreciated. Rezimmerman (talk) 18:11, 19 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
