This article is one of thousands on Wikipedia that have a link to YouTube in it. Based on the External links policy, most of these should probably be removed. I'm putting this message here, on this talk page, to request the regular editors take a look at the link and make sure it doesn't violate policy. In short: 1. 99% of the time YouTube should not be used as a source. 2. We must not link to material that violates someones copyright. If you are not sure if the link on this article should be removed or you would like to help spread this message contact us on this page. Thanks, ---J.S (t|c) 04:56, 10 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Michigan v. California

[edit]

Shouldn't Bill Bonds be a Michigan project instead of (or in addition to) a California project? Mr. Bonds has a far greater connection to Michigan, given that the bulk of his career had been for Detroit TV stations. Even his post-anchor career (i.e., commercials and radio V/O's) have all been in Detroit. Witzlaw (talk) 17:11, 13 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the California project tag, he appears to have only had a brief stretch in California early in his career. More importantly, this article appears to be about a living person but has no sources. I don't see anything objectional, to remove at this time though. -Optigan13 (talk) 07:15, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

GQ

[edit]

There is a wonderful GQ article on him from 1990 or 1991. His drinking problems were well documented in local papers, and the most notorious on air bit was challenging Mayor Young to a boxing match. His transition from WXYZ to WJBK can be better documented. MMetro (talk) 00:55, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry...

[edit]

I see someone else has updated his page. Good Job. He was a legend here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Thinkingamericanist (talkcontribs) 00:21, 14 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
