You guys really need an editor.

"Cory Matthews 1990s-model Dennis the Menace, was constantly at daggers drawn with authority figures — especially his sixth grade teacher, Mr. Feeny (William Daniels). At age 13, Savage once said: "I'd never talk to my teachers like Cory talks to Mr. Feeny. I mean, they're the ones who give you the grades." When Boy Meets World (BMW) premiered in the fall of 1993, advertising agencies predicted that the clever Cory Matthews character would succeed. Indeed, the sitcom became a staple of the ABC's "T.G.I.F." Friday schedule. Along with Rider Strong, he is one of only two actors to appear in all 157 episodes of "Boy Meets World" (1993)."

This sounds like it came straight from a teen mag or even worse, a 8th grade book report on "My Favorite TV Star!" 66.26.95.207 (talk) 02:28, 12 March 2012 (UTC)

You're very welcome to improve, of course. Thanks in advance! effeietsanders 08:49, 12 March 2012 (UTC)

Do you get paid for this?

Clean-up

I'm going to start clean-up on this page this week.

Factual information is needed, but the teenage rumor mill has got to go; the guy's 26, not 13.

There doesn't appear to be an "official" website--unless someone has some information.

PLEASE list any prospective changes HERE and WITH TIME for a response, BEFORE making the change!!!

The citation listed has 7 days to reference its source or be labeled as a rumor; dating is not a biographical fact anyway.

Height

The height of 5'8" listed in the bio box is from Savage's late teens--so if anyome has any VERIFIABLE information as to his present height...please list a source here.

Palo Alto views

The on-set shots for Palo Alto pretty much verify Savage to be in the 5'8" to 5'10" range.

Ovation award

Regarding the Ovation Award, I am looking into whether this was just a nomination or an actual win, as is reported elsewhere, but not a part of the official records that I can find.

Item disputed

This item, in spite of what is said on the Marilyn Monroe Theatre website, is disputed by the award sponsors:

"And the research goes on.......

Our membership coordinator Peter Kuo found the following information:

In the History of the Theatre LA/LA Stage Alliance Ovation Awards Ben Savage has not been nominated. Nor has a show called "Unexpected Tenderness."

Listed in his (IMDB) Internet Movie Database there is a section that states "In 1998, he won an Ovation Award for Best Actor for his part in the play 'Unexpected Tenderness.' "

See below: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005399/bio

1998 Ovation Award Winner for Lead Actor in a Play was Tony Abatemarco in the production of "The Mystery of Irma Vep."

Hope this gives you all the info you need.

No homepage...

Many have asked why put anything in the "homepage" section of the actors' bio box if there is no official website?

Why not? 2 reasons.

First, it saves the user a lot of wasted time on search engines looking for one.

Second, it gives the impetus for these poeple to get an official website!

'Nuff said?

Jewish American actors

I have taken him out of the category "Jewish American actors" as there is no source stating that he is Jewish and as we have been told in OTRS ticket otrs:891563 that this is a factual error. Re-insert it, if you can source it. --Mbimmler 08:57, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

This said, the article would anyway benefit from a few sources... --Mbimmler 08:58, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
