[edit]There was duplication between Belleview Inn (which was moved from mainspace to Draft:Belleview Inn and back) and Belleview-Biltmore Hotel. Belleview Inn has now been merged. Several recent sources, cited in points below, might have more material of use in this article.

- It was built of heart pine wood from Plant's Georgia property, and overlooks Clearwater Bay.[2]
- It was believed to be the world's largest occupied wood structure.[3]
