impartialness

[edit]

The information about the scientologist background of the director of "Belarus free theatre" has been removed by the user "Drmies" 16:18, 11 February 2010 with the comment "what is this doing in the lead?" However, I consider it is a central information, because it helps to put into perspective the subjective discourse of the company on its self.--Juras.vavokhin (talk) 18:06, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • User:Drmies disagrees: he does not see why a lengty, lengthy biographical statement about one of the founders, where he went to school, and what is taught at that school. It flies in the face of WP:LEAD, specifically, "The lead serves both as an introduction to the article and as a summary of the important aspects of the subject of the article." Nikolai Khalezin and the Hubbard college are not the subject of the article. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 20:53, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

--The paragraph "Educational project" containing the information about the Scientology component of the company has been vandalized by the participant "Nikita Jarin" which corresponds to the pseudonym used by the company director Nikolai Khalezin to sign the publications about the "Belarus free theatre" on the website of this organization. This participant also added external links to his own blog. This can not be considered as a fair participation. The objectiveness of the whole article is in big doubt, particularly because it has initially been written, as an advertising, by the user "NYScholar" who has been banned from editing Wikipedia. Could the administrators, please, examine the whole article in the light of the information about the Scientology component of the organisation, that I had added?--Juras.vavokhin —Preceding undated comment added 14:53, 5 May 2010 (UTC). -- Restored information on the educational project has been iteratively deleted by the participant Nikita Jarin without any explanation nor discussion. removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV

[edit]

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 00:07, 30 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
