History

[edit]

The first line in this "History" sub section states, "Hive beekeeping was well established before the Roman invasion of Britain in AD 43.[1]" While the Source states "Hive beekeeping was almost certainly introduced in the east of England from continental Europe and transmitted through Britain from east to west. We do not know when the introduction occurred" As we need to have sources for our claims here on Wiki and we cannot make statements which are not even supported by the Source(s) being cited, I think it would be best to amend this sentence to reflect the cited source. If there is any disagreement to this then please begin a discussion here, in the meantime I'll go ahead and make the amendment as this would be in keeping with Wikis rules. Associations

[edit]

I see that the Associations section now has NON-Associations listed within it, which is fine, but technically the Title is slightly misleading, so assuming no one objects I'm going to change it to "Associations and organizations" Bibby (talk) 12:10, 13 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
