In August 1969 I was getting out of the army and driving near non-stop from california to pennsylvania when I noticed about midnight that I was out of gas. I pulled off 80 at Overton road and drove to Beebeetown and a fellow at a local social gathering opened his gas station to fill me up. I would like to know where that gas station was located and owners name. I stopped in Beebeetown in 2018 but could not figure where the gas station was located. To add to this story my twin brother got out of the army 3 months before me and in driving to pennsylvania he stopped in beebeetown for gas also. I think at a time during normal business hours. We discovered this unlikely coincidence when discussing driving across country a few months later. He returned from a trip west to Beebeetown just a few days ago which got me thinking about this again.
