Spoiler
[edit]surely leaving weir's name in guest stars is a massive spoiler... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.31.33.21 (talk) 03:25, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
It is no different than reading the article. It is not a spoiler since the episode has aired in the U.S. If you don't want to know stuff like that then don't read an article about an episode you have not seen. And please sign your comments. HotOne121 (talk) 22:32, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Doctor Doctor Doctor
[edit]When the two ship captains first beam down to ATlantis, and they greet each other with 'Colonel' "Colonel" then greet Sam and Sheppard in the same, is this not a nod to the airplane (or possibly naked gun) movie(s)? I can't seem to find a reference online, but I am sure I heard Leslie Neilson use that in a movie. (A group of doctors were greeting each other and repeatedly said 'Doctor') I think that is why McKay said 'seriosly?' Tydamann (talk) 21:43, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
I'm not sure but it wouldn't surprise me. Stargate uses allusions quite often. HotOne121 (talk) 01:36, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Number of Ships
[edit]I don't think Larin promised to bring up to 14 ships as is currently stated. I thought Sheppard said adding the ships of the Travelers it could bring the total fleet to 14. Can someone verify? HotOne121 (talk) 22:27, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
I don't remember the exact dialog either but that is what I remember.

actually its 14 total, including earth ships. 2 earth ships + 7 hives + 1 aurora + 4 traveler ships. thats what i think anyways. and another thing, i bet that the asgard designed the weapons in mind that the tauri would be the ones to recieve them. i bet it took about 5 days to get to their home planet as its 4 million lightyears away and atlantis is 3 million and that takes 4 days. the asgard failed in their attempt to cure their problem and failing that, they prolly decided to made an asgard core to put on the odyssey and create a weapon that they can stop the ori with cuz if they didn't, the galaxy woulda been doomed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.250.28.150 (talk) 17:29, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
