This article was deleted on November 3, 2013 based on the PROD listed above in the template OLD PROD FULL. Approximately a year later it was restored without a reason given. It seems to still fail the PROD. I plan to nominate this for AFD because of the time that has passed since the restoration of the PROD article.--Paul McDonald (talk) 15:55, 30 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
