Merging with "Bau (island)"?

I believe that this article should be merged with Bau (island) because that article is already quite comprehensive and well referenced and this article would fit better integrated somehow...
I just think its messy split this way. I recently started working on a Verata article and am in a quandry whether to link to the island or village...I want to refer to the vanua as a political chiefdom.
