Nice job on this article. I have a few comments:
- for the first sentence, I suggest "The Battle of Yenidje, also transliterated as Yenice (Greek: Μάχη των Γιαννιτσών), was a major battle between Greek forces under Crown Prince Constantine and Ottoman forces under General Hasan Tahsin Pasha and took place between October 19–20 (O.S.), 1912 during the First Balkan War." and link Old Style and New Style dates for O.S.
- Done
- suggest "which was the last line of defense for the city of Thessaloniki, which had a Greek majority population."
- Done
- link Evzones in the lead and at first mention in the body
- Done
- Général de brigade translates as Brigadier General, not Brigadier
- Done
- drop the comma after "Joseph Paul Eydoux"
- Done
- link Formation (military)
- Done
- "Fearing that should"→"This was due to fears that should"
- Done
- suggest piping Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria and Albania to the historic entities, not to the current ones
- Done
- suggest Salonica Vilayet (Thrace)
- The Salonica Vilayet is not in Thrace. The Ottomans moved troops to Thrace to counter the Bulgarians.--Catlemur (talk) 13:58, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
- link Sarantaporo
- Done
- move links for 1st and 2nd Divisions to first mention
- Done
- "the cavalry brigade, and the 4th and 5th"
- Done
- suggest "the Greek general command ordered its troops forward"
- Done
- add adj=on to the convert template for "130 meters" to render it as "130-metre"
- Done
- Turks→Ottomans
- Done
- suggest "The Greek artillery's shelling was inaccurate since the ground was swampy and unstable. Only a single battery managed to establish itself at a distance of 4.5 kilometres (3 mi) from the Ottoman trenches."

- is Sefik Pasha Süleyman Şefik Pasha?
- The Turkish WP article for the Balkan Wars Museum does not wikilink him so I have no clue.--Catlemur (talk) 19:18, 12 April 2020 (UTC)

- can you add an identifier for The Victorious Greco-Turkish War of 1912-1913?
- I've searched a lot but I still cannot find one.--Catlemur (talk) 08:26, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
- File:TiradoresGriegosEnElLagoYeniye--balkancockpitpol00pric 0091.png has questionable licensing. Was this from the book The Balkan Cockpit the Political and Military Story of the Balkan Wars in Macedonia by Walter Harrington Crawfurd-Price? I couldn't find it in the copy available at the source link, but f so, we need the page it is on, but this book was published in 1914 in the UK and would meet {{PD-UK}} and {{PD-US-expired-abroad}}. The current licence doesn't work because there is no information about when Crawfurd-Price died, and no US tag. You could ask Rowanwindwhistler, who is still actively editing.
- @Peacemaker67: Removed. I think I addressed all the issues raised. If I missed something let me know.--Catlemur (talk) 19:18, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
- With File:Greek infantry Giannitsa 1912.jpg, the source link is broken, the author is unknown (so the current licence doesn't work), and it has no US tag. I also can't find a book on Worldcat that has an ISBN of 960-6845-15-X. You could ask Alexikoua but they haven't edited for a couple of months.
- Removed.--Catlemur (talk) 19:18, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
That's my lot, placing on hold for the above to be addressed. Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 03:57, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
- I apologize in advance for any mistakes (this may not be the right place for me to write to start with) but I just wanted to lend a hand if I could. File:TiradoresGriegosEnElLagoYeniye--balkancockpitpol00pric 0091.png does come from here (page 91 in the book). The page says "no visible notice of copyright; exact publication date unknown." though it later says it was published in 1914. I assumed it was in the public domain based on the page (but I am no lawyer). If the author was this (the year of birth matches and so seems to do the name), then maybe PD-UK would not work here. worldcat does not state the year the book was published in, but it must have been after 1912 (as it mentions events from 1913). Maybe the picture was not in PD after all and I made a mistake...--Rowanwindwhistler (talk) 10:03, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks Rowanwindwhistler, that is helpful. Catlemur, this means that the first pic could be reinstated with the licences I suggested. Just make sure you note in the description that it is from page 91 of the book and provide the book details. Cheers, Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 23:08, 12 April 2020 (UTC)

- @Peacemaker67: Added the source and the {{PD-US-expired-abroad}} tag, but it gets auto nominated for deletion when I add the {{PD-UK}} tag. I don't know what to replace it with.--Catlemur (talk) 09:13, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- I am not sure whether it will be of any help, but you could try having a look at the BNF which claims to have several PD pictures on the Balkan Wars (not sure if on this particular battle, though) or maybe archive.org for L'illustration (I see some pictures for 1913 on the Balkan Wars, maybe there are also some issues for 1912 too?) although I would not know whether those would be in PD as I am not familiar with French law. I suppose the best option would be an illustrated US paper/magazine of the time that would then be PD-US-expired, but I do not know which ones where active then and whether their copies are available online somewhere... I will not bother any more, good luck with the review!--Rowanwindwhistler (talk) 12:37, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
