Removal of tags

The article has been improved since the tags were added by a co-editor Halaqah. I have left a message on their user page informing them that I will be removing the tags as they have not contributed to Wiki for few months and possibly have not seen the improvement on the article. However if they come back and still feel that there are problems, they are at liberty to put the tags back on as long as I am notified so that I can fix any problems they take issue with.
