This is a well written article. Unfortunately, it just missed B class for a few reasons I've mentioned below. A few suggestions:
1. Needs more in text citations - the most common issue with most articles that dont make it to B class. 2. Images, infoboxes and supporting material is needed - pictures/paintings of the battle and the main generals/combatants is also a good idea. 3. Add a map of the location and troop engagements and movements if possible.
Overall, this page is quite good and can easily make the A class or GA criteria. Once it gets to B-class, theres very little to stop it from getting a better rating. The citing of book sources is also good, and indicates the level of research that has gone into this page. Good work & Good luck.

May I move a section of my writing from History of West Virginia section River Traffic subsection about the Lt Commander Fitch's Fleet to a new section in your article, please. This will help trim down the History of West Virginia article wqhich is becoming much too large. I'll create the section about the craft and espect you to edit the material as you see fit. This is just an offering and you might want to delete the whole section. It was an Island and the boats were importantly planned throughout Morgan's campaign. Your choice, thankyou for your considerations Conaughy (talk) 22:52, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
