Location and map
[edit]The map would be more informative in this context if it included the location of "Batavia Coast". Surely if we're going to put a map - which takes up more screen space that the text - on the article, that map should actually show the location of the article subject.
Currently the lead sentence, and the 2nd sentence/paragraph defines the location of the Batavia Coast relative to:
- the wreck of the Batavia
- the Abrolhos Islands
- the Sunset and Turquoise Coasts
none of which are marked on the map.
If the details in the 3rd para "In the 1990s ... Kalbarri as the northernmost location, and Jurien and Cervantes at the southern end" are still correct, perhaps those details should be moved into the lead paragraph, eg "The Batavia Coast ... extends from Jurien and Cervantes to Kalbarri". - Mitch,in all good WP:AGF just for once, please try to do some research for yourself, find a map, find a source to clarify and answer your question, honestly [1] the number of editors, watchers and possible collaborators dries up as every day passes, you are it, go for it!
