I suggest against the merging with the Metate article. The Metate is distinctly Mesoamerican, and a very different shape - though same purpose - as the Batan in the Andes. The uña is shaped like a half moon and is rocked, not rolled, over the batan, unlike in the metate.Dchahim (talk) 02:38, 11 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
