Should he be in the emigrant or expat cat?
[edit]He almost sounds like he is a Libyan national living abroad, which would place him in the emigrant cat. I have to admit I am not 100% convinced we really need both emigrant and expat cats. Part of me thinks we should limit such cattting to people who became permanent residents in the new place, in ways that if we are not convinced we can call them an emigrant we should not categorize by the leaving, especially when otherwise we get 2 micro cats.John Pack Lambert (talk) 15:17, 16 June 2023 (UTC)
