I have amended the details re Westcountry Television according to the Who's Who entry cited in the article. However, the quote about the childhood being "miserable" is taken directly from the New Stateman article (cited appropriately), which quotes Barbara Hosking saying “We did have a miserable childhood” see here. I cannot make up a quote. —Noswall59 (talk) 20:22, 30 January 2018 (UTC).[reply]

Unverifiable memoir contents

[edit]

I recently reverted this edit since I was unable to verify the contents of the edit as I don't have a copy of the actual memoir. If someone does have a copy and can confirm that this indeed was the content added, then please feel free to undo my edit and return the added text. Thanks! I have the book and she mentions being heterosexual in Africa but lesbian for the rest of her life. So probably the long term relationship is there as well.--Johnsoniensis (talk) 13:14, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Margaret is mentioned at pp. xi & xii but the book has numbered chapters and no index so further verification would be difficult.--Johnsoniensis (talk) 00:31, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
